Honestly, I haven't made any progress with Lambda-tek. A few of their return emails felt a bit condescending and even aggressive. I placed an order for a Ryzen 7 5800x 3.8Ghz, thinking it was an open box item since it was labeled 'warehouse.' Instead, I received a keyboard meant for a laptop. After opening it, I reached out to the email on the invoice but got no response. When I called Lambda-tek, they told me that email was incorrect and to send my message to returns. I requested that they pick up the wrong item and send me the right one. Their response was that someone had mislisted the product and they wouldn’t honor my order. They told me to return the incorrect item for a refund. I mentioned I’d be contacting Trading Standards, but that didn’t seem to bother their representative at all. Why should I return a £250 item for just £120? The reason is simple: YOUR COMPANY sold me the item, took my money, and now isn’t holding up their end of the deal. Please, I need someone in charge to give me a call so we can sort this out before I reach out to UK Trading Standards. And just to clarify, before Lambda accuses me of any funny business, this Trustpilot account belongs to my partner, and we share it.

Communication was top-notch. The item arrived right on schedule and in fantastic shape.

I can't ever let go of what this company did to me. The list of awful issues they created in my life is long, and they tried to make me shoulder the blame for their mistakes—mistakes that had nothing to do with me. They were also looking to cash in big time while doing it. I didn’t even find out about these problems until days later, and it was all a mess.

To this day, none of the issues they caused have been acknowledged or explained. Every complaint I made to get things sorted out has been ignored or blocked. I've been left to deal with counseling, and it’s really taken a toll on my health—all because of them. And they haven’t even bothered to say they’re sorry.

I ordered a software license download that was listed as available, but it turned out to be out of stock. Now, they’ve sent a DVD to the wrong address, and I still haven’t gotten it.

Hey there, I ordered an Integral 2000 GB SSD but ended up with a toner cartridge instead. I'm really let down by this, and I won't be shopping here again. Watch out, folks!

I’m really happy with this buy! In Spain, I had a tough time finding a Spanish keyboard for my Lenovo Tab P11. I even reached out to Lenovo Spain, but they said that even though the tablet was brand new, they didn’t have the keyboard available and wouldn’t be getting it. To my surprise, when I started searching online, I found just one place that had the keyboards in my language for my tablet. I placed the order feeling a bit unsure, but I was totally wrong. Big shoutout to these folks, because my keyboard showed up in perfect condition, right on time, and it even has the key layout for my country as promised. I couldn’t be happier! If I need anything else, I’ll definitely come back to you guys. Thanks a bunch!

I got myself a Port West stylus pen to swap out my old one. Chose a UPS shop for picking it up since it was easier that way. The pen showed up right on time as UPS promised, and I'm actually using it to write this review right now.

I placed an order for a Synology power supply at 10am on Thursday, and it showed up by 10am the next day from Denmark. It's a legit product in a sealed package. Absolutely fantastic!
